Life360 is looking for a Program Delivery Director, a self-motivated leader who will work with product, engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams to plan, organize, and deliver critical technology initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking priority, resource capacity, dependencies, and milestones.
What You'll Do
- Direct and manage a variety of enterprise technology programs and projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including at least 1 initiative in excess of $5M+.
- Define, track, and communicate program and project scope, budget, timelines, milestones, dependencies, goals, and deliverables that support strategic objectives.
- Estimate resources needed and negotiate with product/capability leads, managers, and subject matter experts to acquire them.
- Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts related to program and project delivery.
- Develop and implement product management methodologies and best practices to lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Use business process improvement methodology to modernize, optimize, standardize, and automate current state business processes.
- Apply an industry-recognized organizational change management methodology to prepare the organization for change and create engagement.
- Lead successful digital/business transformation including the elements of people, process, and platform/technology.
- Translate strategy into execution by utilizing a methodology or framework (such as Hoshin Kanri or OKRs) for setting, tracking, and reporting on goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Process Management / Improvement (Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent).
- Organizational Change Management (ADKAR certification or equivalent).
- Program / Project Management (PMI certification or equivalent).
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Specific Banking as a Service experience.
- 5+ years of experience with an industry-recognized business process improvement methodology.
- 5+ years of experience with an industry-recognized organizational change management methodology.
- 5+ years of experience leading successful digital / business transformation across people, process, and platform/technology.
- 5+ years of experience translating strategy into execution using a methodology or framework (such as Hoshin Kanri or OKRs).
- Coaching and teaching capabilities.

- Master's degree.
