Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise project execution efforts, including performance monitoring of the Midstream Program Delivery Contractor.
- Assist internal Program Managers with strategic planning and program design to achieve energy savings across varied customer groups.
- Manage internal and third-party resources to deploy and maintain new program offerings, including contractor oversight and outreach activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Energy Programs, Marketing, and Measure Development to align operations.
- Engage with other organizational programs to support shared objectives and integrated outcomes.
- Support the development of program materials and operational protocols in coordination with the PDC.
- Define and communicate clear program standards and documentation requirements.
- Create performance tracking strategies using internal and external systems to monitor and report results.
- Assist in forecasting and evaluating program performance relative to Multiyear Plan goals.
- Support contract management tasks, including tracking deliverables and shaping scope of work agreements.
- Serve as a representative for programs in external forums with stakeholders, contractors, and customers.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned related to the role.
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety protocols.
- Act as a liaison for the Industrial and Agriculture sector in cross-program planning and execution efforts.
