Insider is looking for a Senior Project Manager to focus on Global Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for leading projects that improve our international hiring effectiveness and scalability.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for global talent acquisition initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for hiring process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones
- Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet their strategic objectives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in talent acquisition or HR tech
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a global context
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Work Mode
This is a remote, full-time position. Candidates must be based in India, specifically in or near Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, or Pune.
