About the Role
This position leads the development and management of global total rewards initiatives, integrating compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies to support business objectives. The role ensures programs are market-competitive, legally compliant, and effective in engaging employees across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the design and ongoing management of compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits on a global scale
- Align total rewards strategies with organizational goals to enhance workforce engagement and performance
- Monitor evolving regulations and ensure all programs meet legal and compliance standards
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning
- Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to shape reward solutions that support talent acquisition and retention
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits and compensation services, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation
- Translate complex compensation data into clear insights for leadership and employee audiences
- Balance cost efficiency with strategic investment in human capital
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with at least five years of experience in global compensation, benefits, or total rewards management. Expertise in regulatory compliance, reward program design, and HRIS platforms such as Workday is essential. Strong analytical abilities, project coordination skills, and experience managing multiple initiatives are required.
Preferred candidates will have a master’s degree or professional certifications such as CCP or CBP, advanced data analysis capabilities, and proven success using HRIS systems to support reward strategy decisions.
