Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data center construction initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate design and engineering efforts across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage contractor procurement, selection, and performance
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee budgeting and cost control processes
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and status updates
- Ensure alignment with client specifications and operational needs
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Support commissioning and handover activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Collaborate with architects and consultants
- Ensure environmental and sustainability goals are met
- Enforce health and safety protocols on site
- Work with legal and procurement teams on contracts
