Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project documentation with accuracy and compliance, following established project management standards.
- Lead project execution and manage external contractors involved in market research for new building initiatives.
- Identify potential project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Create a structured process for continuous collaboration with utility partners, aligned with organizational strategy.
- Oversee non-PMC contract budgets, including financial reporting, invoice processing, and future spending forecasts.
- Design and implement communication strategies, track interactions, and provide transparent reporting to all parties.
- Manage yearly contracting cycles, define scopes of work, and lead request for proposal (RFP) processes.
- Support periodic evaluations and reviews of program performance and effectiveness.
- Carry out all job duties in accordance with safety protocols and organizational policies.
- Complete additional tasks related to the role as assigned by leadership.
