Energy Trust of Oregon is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Commercial

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project documentation with accuracy and compliance, following established project management standards.
  • Lead project execution and manage external contractors involved in market research for new building initiatives.
  • Identify potential project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Create a structured process for continuous collaboration with utility partners, aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Oversee non-PMC contract budgets, including financial reporting, invoice processing, and future spending forecasts.
  • Design and implement communication strategies, track interactions, and provide transparent reporting to all parties.
  • Manage yearly contracting cycles, define scopes of work, and lead request for proposal (RFP) processes.
  • Support periodic evaluations and reviews of program performance and effectiveness.
  • Carry out all job duties in accordance with safety protocols and organizational policies.
  • Complete additional tasks related to the role as assigned by leadership.
