As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide creative initiatives from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment across creative, strategy, technology, and external partners. Your role is central to maintaining project clarity, momentum, and quality while upholding the original vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution, delivery, and post-project review
- Transform creative concepts into structured plans with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Set clear project boundaries, assign resources, and align expectations across cross-functional teams
- Lead regular check-ins, reviews, and updates to keep all stakeholders informed and on track
- Identify potential obstacles early and apply thoughtful solutions to keep projects moving forward
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure consistent quality and collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, budgets, progress reports, and lessons learned
- Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and support creative excellence
- Support additional project needs as they arise
What You Bring
- At least five years of experience in project management within creative, agency, or production settings
- Understanding of creative development processes, including ideation, revisions, approvals, and asset handoff
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro
- Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher), with the ability to clarify complex ideas
- Excellent organizational abilities and experience managing multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable mindset focused on problem-solving and results

- Experience managing video, interactive digital experiences, or AI-driven creative projects is beneficial
