As a Senior Project Manager - Creative at Monks, you will lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery, working closely with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external partners to deliver innovative projects on time and on budget. You will ensure the integrity of creative vision while managing production workflows and stakeholder alignment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem
- Translate creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving the integrity of the original vision
- Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, technology, and account teams
- Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, engaged, and focused
- Anticipate risks and blockers and resolve issues proactively with diplomacy and problem-solving
- Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and effective collaboration
- Maintain clear and transparent documentation including timelines, status reports, budgets, and key learnings
- Identify and implement process improvements that enable creative teams to do their best work
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments
- Familiarity with creative and production workflows including concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, and asset delivery
- Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+) with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- A flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented producer mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreams is a plus
