High Tech Genesis is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the critical migration from BizTalk Server to Azure Integration Services (AIS). You will be the driving force behind this strategic IT initiative, partnering closely with stakeholders and managers to guide an internal project team through the entire migration lifecycle. What You'll Do

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the BizTalk to AIS migration project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements and organizational policies.

What We're Looking For

An enhanced security clearance is required.
A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on IT projects.
Proven experience leading migrations.
Strong understanding of BizTalk Server and Azure Integration Services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to Have

Experience delivering BizTalk-to-AIS migrations.
Experience using CA Clarity is a bonus.
