CG Life is hiring a Senior Project Manager to serve as a key driver of project success. You will strategically plan, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of projects, from short-term initiatives to complex, long-term programs. Your leadership will ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, while exceeding expectations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed tactical plans across assigned projects.
- Facilitate projects throughout their lifecycle, navigating complex challenges to clear resolution.
- Anticipate risks, identify issues, and act as an escalation point for other project managers.
- Support project managers in their planning, execution, and facilitation responsibilities.
- Ensure projects are appropriately scheduled, resourced, and forecasted; escalate risks promptly.
- Prepare estimates and change orders, supporting the estimating process for complex annual scopes.
- Own budget management from start to finish, aligning estimates to plans and partnering with finance.
- Analyze project health to identify risks and actionable solutions.
- Champion collaboration and build trust across cross-functional teams.
- Adapt communication effectively based on audience, individual, or situation.
- Mentor project managers through team relationship and communication challenges.
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact for project-related communication.
- Contribute to building client trust by facilitating execution and supporting project discussions.
- Consistently apply established processes, templates, and tools.
- Act as a process champion and support process improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding, mentoring, and training of project managers.
- Model expected professional behaviors, maturity, and collaboration.
- May manage direct reports.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in agency and/or project management at an integrated advertising agency.
- Financial responsibility for up to $3M in revenue and oversight for up to $6M.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, integrated campaigns, and large-scale product launches.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects professionally.
- Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, inspire teamwork, and lead with confidence.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, breaking down work into clear, actionable steps.
- Proactive problem-solver skilled at anticipating roadblocks and mitigating risks in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including risk, scope, and change management.
- Skilled in meeting management and facilitation to guide teams toward clear decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through in all aspects of project execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management software.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AOR or D/AOR clients within pharma strongly preferred.
- Multi-channel marketing experience, including media planning and execution preferred.
- Experience with software development life cycles, web technologies, creative design processes, and digital strategy preferred.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Hires based in Chicago or San Diego are expected in-office twice a week. All other hires are fully remote.
