Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities using industry connections and market knowledge
- Work closely with senior leaders to refine service portfolios, market strategies, and regional presence
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients in real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industrial, and public sectors
- Lead the creation of proposals, client pitches, and contract discussions to win high-value engagements
- Advance revenue through strategic account oversight and coordination across departments
- Supervise and participate in industrial hygiene evaluations such as asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality studies
- Supervise and participate in environmental site investigations and property condition assessments
- Supervise and participate in exposure evaluations, risk analysis, and development of mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations throughout project lifecycles
- Lead diverse teams in planning and executing complex environmental, health, and safety projects
- Establish and enforce quality assurance and quality control procedures to uphold technical rigor
- Offer strategic insight on evolving EH&S regulations, technologies, and industry developments
- Coach and develop early-career professionals, promoting ongoing learning and career growth
- Partner with clients to define objectives, align expectations, and implement customized project solutions
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess project outcomes and improve operational effectiveness
