Responsibilities
- Accountable for comprehensive performance and delivery of Technology solutions on behalf of specifically assigned business function(s), spanning a combination of support, enhancements, projects, and roadmaps.
- Drives successful project delivery (scope, budget, time, quality) and ongoing system performance.
- Serves as the escalation point for communication and resolution of project/enhancement/support issues.
- Serves as direct liaison between business owner, users, technology team and vendor for software system escalated support issues, defect/enhancement delivery, system upgrades, and product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology teams and vendor partners (engagement team, product owners/mangers, SME’s, engineers, architects, developers) to document and solution the requirements
- Active, hands-on prioritization and delivery of all projects and enhancements for a business functional area(s).
- Tracks, manages, and optimizes budgets across projects/enhancement/support areas.
- Assists with enterprise-wide change management efforts as it relates to implementation of programs, practices and protocols.
- Under the direction of VP Technology, Program Management, work with Director of Venue Technology to manage projects related to POS implementation.
- Manages and/or oversees the day-to-day delivery of projects for the given business area of responsibility including scope, timeline, staffing, budget, quality, and risk/issues.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
- Meet with business owners and related technology resources regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
- Build strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with relationships and information sharing.
- Create written and graphical presentations for internal audiences and/or clients.
- Observe, review and partner to optimize technology processes and suggest areas for continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the CIO and/or direct supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience and/or training.
- Excellent influencing and people management skills to support needs of the internal and external stakeholder teams.
- 10+ years in hospitality industry, ideally with direct client and stakeholder interface expertise.
- 7+ years experience with large projects and deployments in a large technology business environment with 150+ locations.
- 7+ years experience with project management, product management (or equivalent in Subject Matter Expert roles), and business analysis within in multiple technology systems, such as: F&B & Retail POS, CRM, Reservation systems, Membership systems, Accounting, HR, Timekeeping, Payroll, Private Events, payment systems/providers, Cloud platforms, data warehouse with heavy integration layer (multi system and multi-industry area experience preferred).
- 7+ years experience with Point of Sales systems, including implementation, operational, and support.
- Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
