Signet Jewelers is looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership across the full lifecycle of technology delivery for key business applications. This role will initially focus on Attractions, Global Sales, and POS project implementations, while also supporting strategic portfolio projects from new solutions through ongoing system support and enhancement.
What You'll Do
- Account for the comprehensive performance and delivery of Technology solutions for assigned business functions.
- Drive successful project delivery across scope, budget, time, and quality.
- Serve as the escalation point for communication and resolution of project, enhancement, and support issues.
- Act as the direct liaison between business owners, users, technology teams, and vendors for escalated support, defect/enhancement delivery, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology teams and vendors to document and solution requirements.
- Prioritize and deliver all projects and enhancements for assigned business functional area(s).
- Track, manage, and optimize budgets across projects, enhancements, and support areas.
- Assist with enterprise-wide change management efforts for new programs and practices.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day project delivery including scope, timeline, staffing, budget, quality, and risk/issues.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to implement business solutions, analyze needs, and monitor progress.
- Analyze and synthesize business requirements, recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
- Understand and negotiate the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries, and updates.
- Regularly meet with business owners and technology resources to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Observe and partner to optimize technology processes, suggesting areas for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 10+ years in the hospitality industry with direct client and stakeholder interface expertise.
- 7+ years experience with large projects and deployments in a large technology business environment with 150+ locations.
- 7+ years experience with project management, product management, and business analysis across multiple technology systems.
- 7+ years experience with Point of Sale systems, including implementation, operation, and support.
- Experience with large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational business requests.
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to lead conversations and presentations at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience in both structured and non-structured environments, with knowledge to help evolve organizational processes.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, ever-changing, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Consistently operates with high integrity and open, honest communication.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management core skills.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Corporate Technology department, reporting to the VP, Business of Technology, and will work closely with the Director of Venue Technology on POS-related projects.
