Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations for DISA-related initiatives
- Conduct ongoing project monitoring and ensure data accuracy
- Perform financial and compliance audits for projects
- Administer project-level financial management
- Act as primary financial contact between project teams and finance departments
- Develop and manage a tracking system for indirect budget allocations across programs
- Review and reconcile actual indirect spending against forecasts each month with Program Managers
- Analyze and deliver financial performance reports, including revenue variances, unbilled balances, and accruals to assess progress
- Monitor and record all project-related expenditures
- Evaluate project financial performance relative to established baselines
- Generate purchase requisitions for subcontracted labor and other direct costs
- Deliver monthly financial summaries and visual reports for government oversight
- Administer financial and contractual components of Department of Defense contracts
- Lead end-to-end cost proposal development and monthly cost reporting
- Forecast project expenses over the full contract duration
- Communicate directly with contracting officers as needed
- Ensure adherence to all contractual terms and conditions
- Supervise financial aspects of subcontractor engagements
- Prepare various types of invoices, including cost plus fixed fee, time and materials, firm fixed price, and cost reimbursable formats
