Martin-Martin Inc is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to support civil design for site and land development projects throughout New Mexico and the Southwest from our Albuquerque office. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering services and fostering a culture of integrity and client focus.
What You'll Do
- Assist in conceptual design and fee determination for proposals.
- Establish and manage a QA/QC plan for each project.
- Act as a mentor for younger engineers, assisting with their career development.
- Attend project meetings, representing Martin/Martin, Inc. during design and construction.
- Follow up on the collection of account receivables.
- Complete Project Setup Forms and review work authorizations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum.
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering design experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Mexico or ability to obtain within 3 months of start.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work in the Albuquerque area; relocation reimbursement may be provided.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
- Strong written, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to client service, team-based work, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of clients, regulators, and authorities.
- Proven marketing and business development skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience using AutoCAD/Civil3D to produce civil construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of municipal, commercial, and related site development projects.
