Martin/Martin, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Engineer

Martin/Martin, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with 10+ years of civil engineering experience to lead site and land development projects in the Albuquerque area. The role involves project design, client representation, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring quality deliverables across municipal and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in conceptual design.
  • Assists in fee determination and proposal preparation.
  • Fills out Project Setup Forms and reviews/fills out work authorizations.
  • Establishes a QA/QC plan for each project.
  • Acts as a mentor for younger engineers and assists with their career development.
  • Attends project meetings and represents Martin/Martin, Inc. during design and construction.
  • Follows up on collection of account receivables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum
  • 10+ years of progressive civil engineering design experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Mexico (or the ability to obtain within 3 months of start date)
  • Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work in the Albuquerque area. Relocation reimbursement may be provided, depending on the role and job function.

Compensation

Base Salary; eligible for annual base salary increase review. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus program

Team size: 400+ engineers across ten office locations. Structure: Part of civil engineering team focused on site and infrastructure design; reports to project leadership within Martin/Martin's engineering hierarchy. Reports to: Project leadership and senior engineering management
