Responsibilities
- Develop, revise, and manage project timelines using recognized scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate with project leads, engineering staff, and key stakeholders to establish, finalize, and track project schedules.
- Ensure schedules adhere to contractual obligations, industry benchmarks, and established methodologies.
- Conduct critical path evaluations and assess potential scheduling risks.
- Generate and deliver schedule performance reports and analytical insights to project personnel and decision-makers.
- Assist in broader project controls activities, including cost tracking, change order processing, and progress evaluation.
- Detect potential delays, risks, and optimization opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with project teams to ensure schedules accurately reflect project scope, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Track and communicate project advancement, comparing forecasted and actual dates, milestones, and critical tasks.
