Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of educational programmes from concept to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of programme components
- Manage relationships with external partners and education stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics
- Monitor programme performance and adapt strategies as needed
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Produce regular progress reports for leadership and clients
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support the development of training materials and facilitation guides
- Lead workshops and training sessions as required
- Collaborate with assessment teams to align curriculum with learning outcomes
- Gather and analyze feedback to inform programme improvements
- Maintain compliance with educational standards and policies
- Contribute to the development of new programme proposals
- Represent the team in client meetings and presentations
- Mentor junior team members and support professional growth
- Ensure inclusive practices are embedded in all programme activities
