Responsibilities
- Lead a marketing team to achieve defined campaign and traffic objectives
- Evaluate team effectiveness, spot performance shortfalls, and implement corrective strategies
- Communicate strategic goals, projects, and expectations clearly to team members
- Handle onboarding and training for new team hires
- Act as the main escalation contact for resolving program execution challenges
- Review and authorize leave requests while ensuring adequate team coverage
- Organize team schedules and coverage plans to sustain service levels
- Conduct routine one-on-one meetings, mid-year, and annual performance evaluations
- Develop, launch, and refine consumer-facing marketing strategies to meet traffic targets for digital campaigns
- Review and approve all marketing content, including text and design elements, during development
- Enforce adherence to established marketing standards and procedures
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust marketing approaches as needed to fulfill client goals
- Analyze visitor data across programs and deliver strategic insights on campaign and creative effectiveness
- Collaborate directly with sales and internal departments on program results
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams such as business intelligence, project management, and production on tracking and reporting marketing efforts
