Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the management of operations programs, requiring a driven individual with prior experience supporting design, construction, facilities, or operations programs.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate design, construction, and facilities operations programs, ensuring alignment with overall goals, objectives, and priorities.
- Help shape, drive, and maintain small to large-scale initiatives encompassing processes, best practices, governance, standards, and continuous improvement rhythms.
- Facilitate collaborative discussions with stakeholders, cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, and senior leaders to drive alignment and well-explored decisions.
- Translate complex business challenges into streamlined, scalable process designs, considering people, business goals, technology, and global compliance.
- Proactively identify and map complex upstream, downstream, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure smooth process changes to completion.
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify inefficiencies, set measurable targets, and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Visualize concepts using slides or whiteboards to document processes, clarify options, solidify decisions, and communicate standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support the effort to win new work by participating in bids for scopes of work.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering professional development and positive team dynamics.
- Monitor project performance and provide reporting on key performance indicators.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, program/project management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience.
- A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
- Critical and creative thinking about how to regularly improve process and operations.
- Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple work streams.
- Delivery-focused, proactive, and collaborative; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Skilled at listening to business requests to understand the underlying 'why', delivering what's needed, not just what's asked.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Numbers, Keynote, Miro, & Wrike, with an emphasis in graphic communication.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
Nice to Have
- Retail & Workplace sector experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and develop a point of view related to design/construction requirements and documents (estimates, budgets, scopes of work, drawings, specifications).
- Competent user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance.
- Project, Program, Change Management, or other field-related certifications.

- Compensation: $130K-$165K per year.
