Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate design, construction, and facilities operations initiatives, ensuring consistency with strategic objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and oversight of initiatives ranging from small to large scale, including process design, governance, standards, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions with stakeholders, experts, and leadership to align diverse viewpoints and support informed decision-making.
  • Transform complex business needs into efficient, scalable processes that integrate people, technology, business objectives, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify and analyze interdependencies across functions and workflows to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
  • Establish and evaluate key performance indicators to measure inefficiencies, define improvement goals, and produce executive reports on program progress and trends.
  • Create visual representations such as slides and diagrams to document workflows, clarify alternatives, and communicate decisions and standards effectively.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals and bidding processes for new project scopes.
  • Guide and develop junior team members through coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and professional growth.
  • Track project outcomes and deliver performance reporting based on defined KPIs.
  • Comply with SOX control requirements as applicable to the position.

Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $165,000 annually. This range reflects role level and may vary based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include additional components beyond base pay.
