Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for data center construction and expansion initiatives, overseeing third-party providers, subcontractors, and vendors from initial planning through fit-out completion.
- Lead end-to-end physical infrastructure delivery at data center locations, including site development, MEP systems, commissioning, facility readiness, white space configuration, and handover to operations.
- Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements, project timelines, and change orders; monitor progress and enforce adherence to performance, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners such as data center operators, owner representatives, general contractors, design firms, and commissioning agents to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor and coordinate equipment shipments from suppliers, aligning delivery timelines with construction phases to ensure timely material availability.
- Deliver regular updates to leadership, including progress reports, risk assessments, budget projections, and critical decision milestones.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in data center deployment processes, creating scalable systems for tracking, documentation, and vendor oversight as project volume increases.
- Ensure all infrastructure deployment activities meet applicable regulatory codes, security protocols, and safety standards.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time role is $190-240K plus equity and benefits. Compensation varies by location, experience, skills, and job level.
