NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Program Manager for operations in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is accountable for managing processes, material readiness, and build schedules for NVIDIA system-level manufacturing. You will be instrumental in driving factory teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration during product ramp-up.
What You'll Do
- Manage and communicate processes, material readiness, and build schedule exercises, reporting status back to the larger team at headquarters.
- Drive factory Mass Production teams to efficiently and effectively check BOM/ECO implementation.
- Lead and facilitate Mass Production meetings with representatives from Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering during process development, pilot, and ramp-up.
- Help with internal process improvements, removing gaps across multiple teams and functions.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in industrial management or Industrial Engineering.
- 12+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience.
- Deep understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
- Familiarity with creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation.
- Strong observational and analytical skills, with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks.
- Organized and efficient in time-management, capable of multi-tasking, and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- A proven track record in Program or Project Management.
