Xsolla is hiring a Senior Program Manager for the CTO Office to drive key global software initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of high-impact technology programs that support the company's worldwide objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of global software initiatives from the CTO Office.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions.
- Establish clear communication channels and report on program status to executives.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology organization.
- Proven track record of managing complex, global software initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Expertise in program management methodologies and tools.
- Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
