Responsibilities
- Create and manage large-scale community initiatives that boost user engagement, product usage, and long-term retention
- Convert high-level strategic goals into clear action plans with defined outcomes and metrics
- Oversee end-to-end program execution—from ideation to delivery and ongoing refinement—ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and impact targets
- Collaborate with data teams to establish KPIs and performance indicators that reflect community and business impact
- Foster a mindset of testing, learning, and iterative improvement across community efforts
- Develop strong partnerships with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on objectives and execution
- Ensure program consistency and relevance across global regions and varied user groups
- Engage stakeholders at all levels using clear communication, data insights, and compelling narratives
- Advocate for community feedback to shape internal decision-making and product priorities
- Establish scalable systems, governance models, and tools for tracking, reporting, and sharing program progress
- Proactively identify risks and interdependencies, offering data-supported solutions to maintain momentum
- Use technology and automation to enhance efficiency and reliability in community operations
- Ensure visibility through regular reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates
- Work closely with Community Managers to encourage active user participation and peer support in digital forums
- Design standardized frameworks and playbooks to ensure consistent, high-quality community experiences
- Coordinate with leadership to deliver unified program messaging across channels such as email, events, messaging platforms, and newsletters
- Represent the community function in internal discussions and external events, clearly communicating vision and results
- Coach and support Community and Program Managers to improve execution and cross-team collaboration
- Encourage a culture of ownership, creativity, and forward-thinking within the team
- Demonstrate inclusive leadership that values diverse cultural and global perspectives
Compensation
Salary is one component of a competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based positions, the expected starting base salary ranges from $114,700 to $185,570. Actual offers vary based on experience, location, and may exceed the stated range. Additional elements may include annual bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
