Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design projects from concept to final output for both printed and digital media.
- Apply core design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to communicate effectively.
- Enforce brand standards to ensure uniformity across all marketing deliverables.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and outside vendors to align final outputs with brand requirements.
- Handle multiple design assignments concurrently while adhering to strict timelines.
- Build strong cross-functional and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality marketing assets within budget constraints.
- Offer expert guidance on prepress processes, print production workflows, and digital asset specifications.
- Produce technically accurate, production-grade files with correct dimensions, bleeds, layer organization, and color fidelity.
- Support organizational objectives by applying creative solutions to design and production challenges.
- Monitor project timelines and key milestones using project management tools and consistent team coordination.
