Zions Bancorporation is looking for a Senior Production Designer to execute design projects from mockup through production for print and digital platforms. As part of our expanding in-house Creative Studio, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual future and delivering exceptional value.
What You'll Do
- Execute design projects from mockup through production for print and digital platforms.
- Implement strategic design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual communication.
- Maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal clients, design teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting critical deadlines.
- Develop strong relationships across departments and vendors to create marketing material that meet or exceed expectations within budget.
- Provide expert input on prepress, print production, and digital artwork standards.
- Create meticulously prepared, production‑ready files—complete with precise sizing, perfectly set bleeds, clean layer structure, and brand‑color accuracy.
- Contribute to organizational goals and objectives through creative problem-solving and innovation.
- Track and maintain key production milestones using project management tools and consistent cross‑team communication.
What We're Looking For
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field, and 5+ years work experience in Graphic Design.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other design applications.
- Solid proficiency in artwork production for print and digital displays.
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Proven project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent supervisory and cost-control skills.
- Expert-level design and production knowledge (graphic services, prepress, print production).
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently with significant latitude in determining objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

- Compensation range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
