Medtronic is looking for a Senior Product Portfolio Marketing Specialist to lead the growth and competitiveness of our International Pelvic Health portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will own the marketing strategy for bladder and bowel neurostimulation therapies, driving international product launches and collaborating across functions to achieve commercial success.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead the execution of product and marketing strategies for the Pelvic Health business.
- Define and lead the end-to-end international product launch strategy and execution.
- Partner with Downstream country marketing, Sales leadership, Commercial business analysts, and Sales operations to drive regional marketing plans and product life cycle management.
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive risks.
- Lead the development and execution of competitive sales and marketing programs.
- Support sales teams with marketing expertise, therapy and product knowledge, and clinical data.
- Collaborate with Market development, Downstream marketing, Health economics & reimbursement, and cross-functional partners to design and implement patient pathways for pelvic health therapies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience.
- Strong marketing and commercial background in the medical device industry, preferably within urology.
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with impact.
- High proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy into clear tactical plans and quickly build strong relationships.
- Strong learning agility to grasp clinical and technical concepts.
- Travel requirement: approximately 30–50% internally.

Team & Environment
You will partner closely with sales, market development, and global and regional marketing teams. You will also collaborate with the Customer experience team, Downstream marketing, Health economics & reimbursement, and cross-functional partners.
