About the Role
This position leads product marketing initiatives for a SaaS platform, shaping messaging, positioning, and launch strategies across key markets. The role works closely with product, sales, and growth teams to drive awareness, adoption, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product features and updates
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for product offerings
- Collaborate with product teams to understand roadmap priorities and technical capabilities
- Create sales enablement materials including battle cards and product guides
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Define target customer personas and use cases
- Support product launches with cross-functional coordination
- Produce content for marketing campaigns such as emails, web pages, and case studies
- Translate technical product details into customer-facing benefits
- Measure and report on campaign performance and product adoption metrics
- Work with growth teams to optimize conversion funnels
- Gather customer feedback to inform product and marketing direction
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all product communications
- Manage external agencies or contractors as needed for content production
- Stay current with industry trends in property management and SaaS marketing
