About the Role
This role is responsible for shaping product messaging, leading launch strategies, and enabling sales and marketing teams with the tools and content needed to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates
- Collaborate with product management to understand roadmap priorities and customer needs
- Create compelling messaging frameworks tailored to different buyer personas
- Lead cross-functional launch teams including sales, marketing, and customer success
- Produce sales enablement materials such as battle cards, presentations, and demo scripts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive differentiators, and customer insights
- Translate technical product details into clear, customer-focused value propositions
- Support demand generation campaigns with targeted content and campaign assets
- Partner with marketing teams to align product launches with broader marketing initiatives
- Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform future strategies
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent product launches
- Represent the voice of the customer within internal product discussions
- Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence on industry players and market shifts
- Develop positioning and naming guidance for new features and products
- Train sales teams on product capabilities, use cases, and differentiation
