Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the go-to-market strategy and product positioning for an innovative clinical intelligence portfolio. You will join a fast-paced, mission-driven team where you will lead launches, craft compelling messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for assigned products, including target audience definition, positioning, messaging, and distribution planning.
- Develop differentiated value propositions and lead product and feature launches from ideation through execution.
- Collaborate with product management and commercial strategy teams to translate roadmaps and market signals into effective marketing content.
- Create impactful marketing assets such as white papers, blogs, presentations, sales decks, landing page messaging, and demo videos.
- Lead sales enablement by developing tools including one-pagers, walkthroughs, playbooks, and pitch decks.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, continuously refining positioning through research, feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Train and support sales teams on new messaging and tools, acting as the marketing point of contact for your portfolio.
- Present go-to-market strategies and updates internally to drive alignment and enthusiasm across departments.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of B2B product marketing or marketing experience.
- Proven success launching technology products and managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive deliverables to completion with urgency and quality.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills with an eye for design and brand consistency.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare, clinical, and data concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
- Proactive, flexible, and self-driven, with the confidence to lead independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience within healthcare technology or health insurance.
- MBA is a plus.
- Experience with payer/provider markets.
- Experience with MarTech tools like Monday or Confluence.
- Familiarity with the payment integrity space.

- Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base salary plus equity.
