About the Role

ZestyAI is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution and drive revenue growth across our expanding product portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will own positioning, launches, content, and sales enablement for key product lines, turning technical AI innovation into clear messaging and compelling strategies that convert.

What You'll Do

  • Own GTM for product and feature launches, developing and executing strategies that translate technical AI and data products into business value for P&C insurance.
  • Track and communicate business impact, partnering with Marketing Ops to measure initiative performance including influenced pipeline, adoption, and win rates.
  • Craft sharp positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with underwriters, actuaries, product leaders, and executives.
  • Drive sales readiness by creating enablement materials—pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, battlecards—that get used and help close deals.
  • Create high-impact thought leadership, product collateral, and campaign content that fuels the buyer journey and supports demand generation.
  • Partner across teams, aligning with Product on roadmap, Sales on feedback, Customer Success on delivery, and Marketing on campaigns.
  • Be the voice of the market, running win/loss interviews and gathering insights from customers and competitors to inform product strategy and sharpen ZestyAI’s edge.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of senior-level Product Marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ownership across multiple product lines.
  • Proven track record owning GTM strategy and driving revenue for technical products with long, complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills, translating technical details into clear, compelling value.
  • Comfortable working with data to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and translate them into strategic GTM actions.
  • Deep experience creating sales enablement content that gets used, like decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and battlecards.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, able to drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing without formal authority.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where you get things done without waiting for perfect inputs.

Nice to Have

  • Strong familiarity with data products, applied AI/ML, or the insurance ecosystem.
  • Experience in insurtech or risk modeling is highly valued.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role reporting to the Head of Marketing. ZestyAI moves fast, operates with integrity, and values real impact over optics.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Canada and the United States.
