- Monitor product performance in the market and adjust messaging as needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities during customer engagements
- Identify use cases and customer segments to target with tailored messaging
- Develop messaging frameworks for different buyer personas
- Coordinate with demand generation on integrated marketing campaigns
- Track and report on marketing effectiveness using key performance indicators
- Stay current on industry trends impacting product adoption
