Responsibilities
- Define market-specific positioning and messaging for products and solutions.
- Articulate product features as tangible customer benefits and measurable results.
- Craft unique, customer-centric narratives informed by market demands and competitor analysis.
- Lead planning and rollout of new products, features, and updates from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure aligned, data-driven launches.
- Design comprehensive launch strategies including messaging, training, campaigns, and internal preparedness.
- Provide Sales and BDR teams with resources to close deals effectively.
- Develop sales-ready materials such as presentation decks and verbal scripts.
- Produce competitive intelligence tools like battlecards and responses to objections.
- Create and curate use cases, customer success stories, and evidence-based proof points.
- Work with Sales leadership to collect input and refine marketing enablement materials.
- Manage ongoing research and analysis of competitors.
- Turn competitive and customer insights into practical guidance for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Help identify strengths in win scenarios and areas needing improvement in loss analysis.
- Build detailed profiles of ideal customer profiles, buyer roles, and decision-making journeys.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to gather real-world customer feedback.
- Apply field insights to refine messaging, campaign strategy, and product roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Product Management on product development and launch timing.
- Revenue Marketing on demand generation and pipeline-building initiatives.
- RevOps to align enablement processes and feedback mechanisms.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison to maintain consistent messaging and strategic clarity.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance research, content development, and data analysis.
- Stay informed on emerging product marketing methodologies and technology to boost performance.
