Spexi is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product launches and drive go-to-market strategies for our geospatial data products and APIs. You will own the demand side of the business, focusing on product awareness, adoption, and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead product launches and develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Take charge of positioning, messaging, sales and marketing enablement, and managing customer and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Drive demand generation programs, support product-led growth efforts, and contribute to pipeline development across key verticals.
- Craft clear, compelling messaging that highlights the value of Spexi’s geospatial data products, APIs, and new capabilities.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, new data layers, and platform features.
- Build and maintain a library of enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo flows, and use-case guides.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to synthesize feedback, identify patterns, and surface actionable insights.
- Own and optimize full-funnel demand generation across paid, organic, partner, and event channels.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to support the end-to-end customer journey.
- Support and mentor marketing team members, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day prioritization.
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, APIs, or developer tools.
- Proven ability to launch technical products and scale demand generation programs.
- Experience working with geospatial data, drone technology, or spatial AI.
- Comfortable marketing to technical users and communicating complex products clearly.
- Demonstrated success driving marketing initiatives across the full customer journey.
- Strong instincts in product marketing fundamentals including positioning, value articulation, storytelling, and segment-specific messaging.
- Skilled storyteller with excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Use analytics, attribution tools, and research insights to shape strategy, inform prioritization, and optimize marketing performance.
- Proven success working with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to drive alignment and impact.
- Direct experience managing internal team members as well as freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
- Proficient with modern marketing and analytics tools such as Amplitude, HubSpot, Notion, and Salesforce.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with flexibility. The position is open to candidates in Vancouver, BC, the Greater Vancouver area, British Columbia, Canada, and the US.
