Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for its Maven Fertility & Family Building solutions. You will own the end-to-end strategy for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for these product lines, in a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do

• Develop clear, memorable, and differentiated product messaging that resonates with target audiences, including employers and health plans.
• Create original storytelling that builds urgency, highlights a clinically managed approach, and connects buyers to the life-changing family journeys supported.
• Define market segments and personas, and develop resonant value propositions.
• Create sales materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and FAQs to enable go-to-market teams.
• Train commercial teams on product positioning, messaging, and updates.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Communications, and Sales to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new launches, features, and campaigns.
• Partner with Clinical & Research teams to demonstrate how evidence-based programming leads to healthier outcomes and cost savings.
• Partner with Sales to gather feedback and refine strategies based on market response.
• Partner with Customer Success to develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
• Partner with Product Marketing Research & Intelligence to analyze and report on market trends and competitive movements.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience within healthcare, fertility, or benefits.
• B2B go-to-market experience.
• Creative storytelling skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and compelling narratives.
• Ability to quickly learn a complex product and synthesize it into simple, high-value messaging.
• A commercial mindset and high energy to win new business.
• Active work authorization in the US.

Nice to Have

• B2B go-to-market experience within healthcare, fertility, or benefits.

Team & Environment

This role reports into the Director of Product Marketing.

• Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 per year plus stock options.
