Responsibilities
- Integrated Strategy & Product Positioning - Unified Narrative: Define core positioning, messaging frameworks, and user personas. Champion the 'Better Together' narrative that bridges Ledger’s physical hardware and digital services.
- Strategic Briefing & Guardrails: Translate complex product capabilities into compelling consumer benefits. Develop high-level briefs and strategic guardrails that give creative and channel teams clear direction for impactful assets and campaigns.
- Thought Leadership: Establish Ledger's overarching market narrative by cultivating strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners, influencers, and industry associations.
- Collateral Excellence: Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, product videos, and case studies to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Orchestration & Operational Rigor - GTM Leadership: Own the end-to-end GTM strategy from ideation to launch for new products, features, and major updates.
- Operational Excellence: Apply operational rigor by managing the flow of creative briefs, tracking launch milestones, and maintaining GTM playbooks to ensure cross-functional teams deliver on time.
- Cross-Functional Hub: Act as the central hub connecting Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities.
- Lifecycle Architecture: Design macro-level blueprints for customer acquisition and engagement. Establish the high-level framework for maximizing long-term Lifetime Value (LTV), guiding CRM and performance teams on targeted retention and 'always-on' campaigns.
- Market Intelligence & Performance Optimization - Insights & AI Workflows: Synthesize market research and competitor analysis to inform GTM strategies. Build and maintain AI workflows to track market intelligence and surface strategic opportunities.
- KPI Ownership: Define what success looks like by establishing overarching goals and metrics for launches; partner with analytics teams to measure effectiveness and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Regulatory Influence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory developments in the crypto space to inform both marketing strategy and product roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in consumer product marketing or integrated marketing
- Proven track record in the crypto, digital assets industry, fintech or hardware with apps
- Proven ability to build overarching Go-to-Market strategies and integrated marketing plans from scratch
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions
- Highly skilled at leading by influence
- Know how to brief, guide, and inspire dedicated execution teams
- Possess project management skills (e.g., Asana, Jira) needed to keep complex launches on track
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize strategic workflows and generate market insights
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical or financial concepts into simple, mainstream consumer marketing
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation
