Join StubHub as a Senior Product Manager for the Tax team, where you will be responsible for building a robust tax infrastructure to support global growth and compliance. You will define the product roadmap, drive development of innovative features, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver on an ambitious plan.
What You'll Do
- Define the product roadmap and prioritization for the Tax Team in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Drive the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products, features, and/or tools, with accountability for all stages of the product development lifecycle.
- Rapidly learn about the intricacies of a cross-border, multi-currency, flexible e-commerce marketplace to understand the complexity of user flows.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and analysts to deliver against an ambitious roadmap that balances short-term optimization with long-term strategic investments.
- Develop and monitor success metrics and instill an insight-led & analytical approach within your domain.
- Formulate clear, data-driven business cases, write feature specifications, manage project execution, and communicate reasoning to stakeholders.
- Build products and solutions to enable fast, risk-free growth while remaining compliant and minimizing impact on the bottom line.
- Understand and foster a culture of balance between reducing risk and moving fast.
- Define and analyze metrics to inform product success and develop action plans accordingly.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Adopt an experimental methodology, mindset, and rigor to achieve objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management or close equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple business organizations and with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to influence outside your area of direct control and negotiate to an optimal solution.
- Ability to break down complex systems and processes so they can be easily understood, and communicate this across the organization.
- Ability to analyze data to evaluate platform behavior and performance using tooling such as SQL, Snowflake and/or Tableau.
- Methodical and patient, able to sequence change to ensure minimal risk.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
