HockeyStack is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of AI-driven products for revenue teams. In this role, you'll own product initiatives end-to-end in a hypergrowth, post-Series A environment and set the bar for how our design-obsessed product scales.
What You'll Do
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, from idea to launch to iteration.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship products with exceptional taste and attention to detail.
- Own documentation, onboarding, rollout, and usage monitoring processes.
- Assist in building the roadmap and the product development process.
- Talk to users, build deep empathy for SDRs, AEs, and marketers, and translate their needs into adopted solutions.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to align launches with revenue impact and market clarity.
- Communicate product vision across teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Background in early-stage companies (Series A or B).
- Strong product sense with taste for design and details.
- Ability to empathize with sales and marketing teams.
- Exposure to both technical and commercial sides of a business.
- GM-like mindset — awareness of how product connects to revenue and go-to-market.
- Excellent written and verbal clarity in communication while conveying complex ideas.
- Ability to think outside the box and make nuclear changes vs. incremental improvements.
- Ownership-first mindset — you take initiative, move fast, and figure things out.
- Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.
- Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our San Francisco HQ.

Benefits & Compensation
- Base pay: $160,000– $220,000 USD annually.
- Equity: meaningful equity.
