Lead Product Strategy for an AI-Powered Insurance Platform
We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of our core AI platform. In this role, you'll define long-term vision, drive execution across complex technical domains, and ensure our product delivers measurable impact for enterprise clients in the insurance space.
What You'll Do
- Own the strategy and delivery of major product initiatives, from concept through launch and scale
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build robust, intelligent workflows grounded in first principles thinking
- Establish clarity in ambiguous environments by combining data analysis, user insights, and technical depth
- Guide architectural decisions and lead high-stakes enterprise integrations with strategic partners
- Mentor fellow product managers and raise the bar for product excellence across the organization
- Champion customer-centric problem solving by deeply understanding user needs and translating them into scalable solutions
Who You Are
- You have 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in senior or principal roles
- You’ve shipped complex SaaS products at scale, particularly in enterprise, AI, or FinTech environments
- You operate with ownership and initiative—removing blockers and driving progress without constant oversight
- You communicate openly and directly, valuing honesty over hierarchy
- You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and aligning stakeholders through data and logic
- A background in computer science or engineering is a strong plus
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred
