Constructor is seeking a Senior Product Manager: Searchandizing to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team to transform powerful merchandising tools into a guided, intuitive workflow. You will empower customers to curate shopping experiences according to their specific business goals, owning the workflow from identifying intent to launching campaigns and iterating on performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Searchandizing that drives Constructor's business by solving customer needs.
- Own the Searchandizing workflow, from identifying intent and setting up goals to launching campaigns, reviewing performance, and iterating.
- Solve the core jobs of e-commerce merchandisers, including launching new products, managing stock levels, and providing smooth shopping experiences from external sources.
- Prove the ROI of Searchandizing by driving net revenue for our customers.
- Work closely with customers to build trust, understand key users, their processes, and what makes them successful.
- Track the competition and deliver clear differentiation for Constructor's merchandising controls.
- Develop a holistic vision for all tools Constructor provides to curate shopping experiences and establish a clear framework for team ownership, structure, and growth.
- Collaborate with multiple product teams to provide a holistic dashboard experience and synergy between manual curation and algorithmic optimizations.
- Lead and scale a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, owning the full product cycle from discovery to prototyping, implementation, launch, enablement, and iteration.
- Communicate effectively at all levels to ensure a wonderful experience for customers, prospects, go-to-market teams, and internal stakeholders.

- Salary range: $90K - $135K USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results.
