Jobgether is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale a core web product serving thousands of global clients. You will drive roadmap prioritization, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Define, execute, and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Drive product prioritization using insights from data analytics, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
Lead discovery and validation processes to ensure solutions effectively address customer problems.
Expand product capabilities, including AI/automation integration, to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with GTM teams to translate product features into customer-facing messaging and enablement tools.
Lead 1–2 product squads, fostering alignment and execution without direct authority.
Track and communicate key business metrics such as adoption rates, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue influence.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms with a proven track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Strong business acumen, with experience building business cases, prioritizing initiatives, and understanding P&L dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority.
Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
Experience applying “whole product” approaches that integrate software, services, and operational processes.
Data-driven decision maker, able to translate large datasets into actionable priorities.
