Jobgether is hiring an Associate Vice President, Platform Product Management to define and execute the strategic vision for our portfolio of platform products. This senior leadership role will focus initially on mobile and core user experience, leading a team to develop scalable, high-impact solutions in our remote, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the platform product portfolio, beginning with mobile and core UX, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering innovation while ensuring scalability and reliability of solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.
Utilize customer research, quantitative data, and market insights to refine product strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Plan, evaluate, and enhance product management processes to improve team productivity and reduce time to market.
Serve as a key member of the product leadership team, contributing to decision-making and fostering a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For

10–12 years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles.
8+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Deep technical expertise in complex technology platforms, including system architectures, API integrations, cloud technologies, and software development processes.
Strong ability to translate business and market trends into actionable product strategy and execution plans.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Data-driven decision-making skills and a strong understanding of user needs.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate effectively in a flat, dynamic organization.
