About the Role
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, aligning user needs with business goals while guiding a lean team to build intuitive, effective language learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and long-term roadmap
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Prioritize features based on user value and strategic impact
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope and deliver product increments
- Work closely with design to ensure intuitive user experiences
- Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Coordinate with marketing on go-to-market strategies for new features
- Gather and integrate feedback from customer support and community channels
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Identify risks and dependencies in product development cycles
- Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and product goals
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing and feature rollouts
- Maintain documentation for product specs and decisions
- Represent product interests in cross-functional discussions
- Evaluate third-party tools and integrations for potential adoption
- Support onboarding of new team members to product systems
- Stay informed about trends in language learning and edtech
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles
