Series Entertainment is hiring a Product Lead to drive a central app team within a new app platform division. You will be responsible for crafting a novel generative games platform, leading product design, production, and technology enablement strategy for a multi-platform game engine product.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute platform product and technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor platform products, and customer feedback to inform platform product decisions.
- Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to develop solutions that serve creators, end users, and internal product, design and engineering teams globally.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, user engagement, personalization, cohort optimization and monetization strategies.
- Operate effectively in an agile setting, adapting to change and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Product Lead or similar role in social media, streaming platforms, or gaming platforms.
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks and improving deployment pipeline efficiency.
- Experience in free-to-play game businesses, both development and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal resources and thrive under ambiguity.
- Strong self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates opportunities and challenges.
- Strong analytical mind with experience using data to drive insights and decisions.
- Deep understanding of platform technologies that allow for deep personalization and smart live ops customization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
