What You’ll Do
- Lead strategy and execution for consumer seller growth and monetisation across a high-traffic digital marketplace
- Own the end-to-end experience and economic model for key seller touchpoints
- Drive measurable improvements in supply volume, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Collaborate closely with product, pricing, and commercial teams to align objectives and execution
- Use data and customer insight to influence product direction and prioritisation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in product management, ideally within marketplace or e-commerce environments
- Deep understanding of growth mechanics and monetisation models
- Experience working directly with consumer sellers on digital platforms
- Track record of improving key metrics like conversion and revenue
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on customer needs
- Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams
