What You'll Do
Act as the primary authority on the complete vehicle lineup, transforming technical specifications into meaningful brand stories tailored to influential clients. Design and lead training initiatives that communicate vehicle innovations, design philosophy, and brand legacy to internal teams and partners.
Deliver personalized, high-caliber client interactions by combining deep product knowledge with narrative skill. Guide lead management processes and collect actionable insights from customer engagements to inform brand strategy. Serve as the key connection point between the experience studio and dealership networks, ensuring alignment and consistent messaging.
Requirements
Background in automotive, luxury retail, or premium customer experience is essential. A relevant degree is required. You must have strong narrative ability—capable of distilling complex technology into clear, compelling stories. You are proactive, meticulous, and genuinely driven by advancements in automotive design and performance.
Success in this role requires a confident demeanor, the ability to lead teams through influence, and comfort managing relationships with high-profile individuals. Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
