What You'll Do
Take full ownership of Klar’s presence in the UK by cultivating a thriving network of agency partners. You’ll identify and collaborate with agencies that serve Klar’s target customers, guiding them from initial contact to active, revenue-generating partnerships.
Develop trust through consistent in-person interaction—host meetings, attend events, and maintain a visible presence within the local eCommerce community. Your role is to be the primary liaison, ensuring partners feel supported, informed, and empowered to integrate Klar into their client offerings.
Stay close to product developments and share key updates, best practices, and use cases with partners. Help shape scalable processes and improve enablement resources to grow the program sustainably.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build authentic relationships and guide them toward measurable business outcomes
- Experience in partnership development, sales, or client success within SaaS, eCommerce, or agency environments
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership over results
- Comfortable traveling regularly and engaging socially—this role is field-based and people-focused
- Skilled at training and supporting external teams to confidently represent a platform
- 2–3+ years in a customer-facing, growth-oriented role
