Workday is seeking a Product Manager to join the Business Process Frameworks team, where you'll shape the future of work by building AI-powered platforms that help organizations manage people, money, and agents. You will define product strategy, collaborate across engineering and customer teams, and drive innovation in scalable business process frameworks used across all Workday applications.
Responsibilities
- Defining the product roadmap and driving strategic efforts to completion
- Leading through influence and applying strategic understanding of the company's big picture and competitive landscape to define strategy and positioning
- Collaborating with Workday's customers, development, services and sales teams to understand their problems and translate them into requirements
- Demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to change and learn new skills
- Integrating AI and agentic capabilities into our products and frameworks
- Writing detailed feature specifications based on requirements
- Driving the uptake of new enhancements by coordinating with internal engineering teams
- Communicating enhancements to customers via workshops and knowledge transfers
- Working with the engineering organization through design, testing, and product release and ongoing support
- Participating in customer-facing forums and user conferences as a product authority
- Comfortably exploring and employing various sources of qualitative and quantitative data to navigate tactical situations and synthesize a comprehensive product strategy
- Driving cross-team initiatives and influencing other teams on strategic direction and decision making
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product managers to translate customer and market needs into successful product investments and release support through the entire product life cycle

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
- Experience with automation technologies or framework methodologies
- History of working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Experienced with scrum and other agile development methods

Work Arrangement
