OLX is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Monetisation (Motors) to own and scale the commercial strategy for one of our key verticals. You will be responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, designing product-led solutions, and driving execution to achieve significant business impact.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product monetisation roadmap for the Motors vertical.
- Analyze market data and user behavior to identify high-potential revenue opportunities.
- Design and launch new product features and business models to grow revenue.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver initiatives.
- Measure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on monetisation or growth.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful revenue-generating products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in two-sided marketplaces or e-commerce is highly advantageous.
