Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a technical roadmap to elevate extraction and classification capabilities from functional to industry-leading, measured by sustained improvements in F1 scores, precision, and recall.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to train, test, and deploy ML models at scale, ensuring reliable performance in global production environments.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to maintain a clear differentiation in extraction quality and adapt the product to emerging market demands.
- Work with solutions teams to refine the engine’s ability to process specialized documents—such as mortgage packages and medical records—with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Design intelligent human-in-the-loop workflows that minimize manual intervention by directing effort only where it delivers maximum value.
- Partner with platform architects to enforce strict data validation and transformation standards, ensuring trustworthiness across every extracted data point.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science and bring 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS, with a focus on intelligent document processing, OCR, or machine learning–driven extraction. A demonstrated ability to improve accuracy metrics in production systems is essential. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with document layout analysis, and experience managing complex technical products are required. An MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate is self-driven, with a focus on achieving top-tier performance in industry evaluations.
