About the Role

GameChanger is hiring a Senior Product Manager to define the user experience for our products. You will partner with strategy, design, engineering, marketing, and business development teams, reporting to a Product Management Director.

What You'll Do

  • Work with partners across the business to define a strategy for GameChanger's products and processes that meet our goals and improve our customer experience.
  • Create a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and tooling based on customer needs, market analysis, and industry trends.
  • Manage end-to-end product development, from brainstorming through launch and support.
  • Define and track important metrics to measure product performance and guide future work.
  • Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers and designers.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience managing technology products.
  • Focus on mobile or consumer products.
  • Demonstrated experience building large-scale projects.
  • Experience building relationships, influencing, and inspiring all levels across the organization.
  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
  • Experience with data-informed decision-making to help push products forward.
  • Demonstrated ability considering and communicating tradeoffs between business and user needs.

Team & Environment

You will partner with teams such as strategy, design, engineering, marketing, and business development, and report to a Product Management Director.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Manhattan, NY. It is open to candidates across the US, except in AK, DE, HI, IA, LA, MS, MT, OK, and SC.
