About the Role
Lead the strategy and execution of core frameworks that enable developers to build secure, compliant systems efficiently and consistently across integrations and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision for framework components used across the platform
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize framework scalability and maintainability
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal and external developers
- Translate compliance requirements into developer-friendly tools and abstractions
- Drive roadmap planning for long-term framework evolution
- Work closely with security and compliance experts to ensure framework integrity
- Identify opportunities to reduce integration complexity
- Improve documentation and onboarding resources for framework adoption
- Monitor usage metrics to guide iterative improvements
- Ensure consistency across API design and developer workflows
- Partner with design to refine developer-facing interfaces
- Advocate for developer needs within the product organization
- Evaluate third-party tools and libraries for potential integration
- Support incident response related to framework reliability
- Coordinate with customer-facing teams to address integration challenges
- Maintain backward compatibility while enabling innovation
- Streamline testing and validation processes for framework updates
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across engineering squads using the frameworks
- Assess performance impacts of framework changes
- Balance technical debt with feature development priorities

- Background in software engineering or computer science
