Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with complex technical, AI, hardware, or data-driven products
- Strong product thinking: ability to turn ambiguity into clear, impactful product decisions
- Analytical skills: structured approach to translating complex operational needs into product strategy
- Excellent communication: ability to bridge technical teams and military end-users effectively
- Ownership mindset: high accountability and sound judgment in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Nice to Have
- Military or defense domain fluency: prior service, direct work with military units, or strong collaboration with government/defense stakeholders
- Technical acumen: familiarity with UAVs, autonomous systems, AI solutions, and command & control systems
