Lead the end-to-end development of innovative products in a fast-moving, remote-first setting. As a Product Manager, you'll take ideas from initial validation through MVP creation, launch, and continuous improvement—driving decisions with data, user insights, and AI-powered tools.
What You’ll Do
- Guide products from early discovery to scalable growth, defining vision, strategy, and key performance indicators
- Design and test minimum viable products quickly, using feedback and analytics to inform iterations
- Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities across stages
- Collaborate closely with remote engineering and design teams, both in-house and outsourced
- Set up tracking systems to monitor funnels, cohorts, and A/B test results
- Use AI tools actively across product research, development workflows, and performance analysis
- Make strategic trade-offs that align user needs with business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record building early-stage B2C products
- Strong technical background or software development experience
- Hands-on experience running MVPs, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development cycles
- Deep familiarity with product analytics—including metric design, A/B testing, and tracking implementation
- Experience managing distributed teams with high autonomy
- Practical use of AI tools in product workflows
- Excellent communication and prioritization abilities
