Role Overview We are developing a comprehensive AI-powered creation platform that supports users from initial concept to finalized, shareable content. The creation suite represents a crucial component of this evolution—a space where users can transform text into visually compelling assets: presentations, campaigns, PDFs, social posts, and more. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead this initiative and define the future of creation with QuillBot. Responsibilities • Orchestrate the creation suite's progression from MVP to flagship product — driving roadmap, success metrics, and user experience • Manage the comprehensive user journey for visual creation — from ideation to layout to export • Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketing, brand, SEO, and researchers to convert text and ideas into adaptive, multimodal outputs • Establish and validate workflows, templates, and design systems that empower non-designers to feel like creators • Closely coordinate with Writing and Chat product teams to ensure seamless transitions between idea, draft, and design • Utilize data, research, and product intuition to balance user satisfaction, technical feasibility, and business impact • Guide a cross-functional team toward measurable outcomes — traffic, engagement, retention, and satisfaction Qualifications • 6+ years of product management experience, including minimum 2 years developing creation or design-centric products • Proven track record of advancing consumer-facing tools from initial to scaled stages, preferably in creative or productivity domains • Expertise in AI-assisted or automation-intensive workflows — text-to-image, auto-layout, or generative creation highly preferred • Profound understanding of creative tool UX and empathy for non-technical users • Strong design sensibility — comprehending layout, visual hierarchy, and effortless creation principles • Data-driven approach with comfort in using analytics for decision-making and success measurement • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, marketing, and leadership First 180 Days Plan First 30 Days — Learn & Align • Comprehensive exploration of QuillBot's creation platform vision, user personas, and current MVP • Analyze existing creation suite experience, performance metrics, and user challenges • Conduct competitive benchmarking • Develop robust partnerships with Design, Engineering, and AI/UX Research leads • Synchronize near-term success metrics and team priorities 30–90 Days — Define & Prioritize • Develop clear roadmap for post-MVP development, identifying critical workflows, templates, and features • Initiate early experiments in user experience, template expansion, and AI-assisted creation • Establish analytics and feedback mechanisms for product success evaluation • Collaborate with marketing and growth to position creation suite within QuillBot's ecosystem 90–180 Days — Execute & Scale • Launch innovations significantly improving user creation speed and output quality • Define and validate long-term strategy for multimodal, brand-aware creation • Drive engagement growth and user retention through data-supported iterations • Construct foundation for QuillBot's primary visual creation platform Benefits & Perks • Competitive compensation and annual bonus • Comprehensive medical coverage • Life and accidental insurance • Flexible vacation and leave policies • Professional development opportunities • Maternity & parental leave • Hybrid/remote work model • Company events • Technology and work-from-home stipends • Employee referral program • Premium QuillBot access *Benefits vary by region.
